Planning

You will be assigned a Consultant who specializes in Microsoft Autopilot and who will drive the project scoping of the work, including planning for:

  • Prerequisites: any licencing or software requirements and reviewing current setup
  • Who: understanding the users and departments involved
  • When: dates and times
  • Where: Location or locations where Autopilot will be deployed
  • Which: To which devices deployment will be applied
  • Expectations and queries

Setup

Once a full scope of work has been planned and agreed to schedule, our Autopilot Consulting expert will begin the setup and implement Autopilot for your business. During the initial review, it will be identified whether the necessary platform is ready or available to facilitate the setup. If it is not ready, you can choose to configure, or a separate quote will be provided to ensure completion is possible.

Testing

After Autopilot has been fully setup and configured, our Autopilot Consultant will begin testing to ensure everything works as anticipated and proactively identify, review, and resolve any issues. Next, deployment to the agreed test devices / users begins in order to obtain feedback.

Deployment

With testing complete and identified issues resolved, we will request final sign-off as confirmation that you are happy with how Autopilot is working. We then begin the deployment to any devices or users within the scope of the project.
